Payment in advance.  For quickest service: by credit card or money order.

The following schedules do not include the various Court filing fees. Our staff can advise you on the Court filing fees, or you can look up these costs by tabbing to the county where you want to file your documents, below.      '

All fees quoted here are per filing without additional charge for the number of documents.

FILING FEES:

$40           One-time Set Up and Filing Fee for the First Document
                 Filed in Each Case. No limit to the number of documents
                 filed at the same time in the same case.

$30           Per Filing, after the First Filing, no limit to the number 
                of documents 



SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS ON THE OTHER PARTIES:   
    Serve other parties in your case - by e-mail, fax, or U S Mail - as required by law.  Draft and file a proof of service for each document.  

$1        E-Mail - per person served
$3        Fax - per person served
$5        U S Mail - per person served
                            plus
$5         Draft and file a proof of service per document

COURTESY COPY MESSENGER SERVICE:

$55    per address - Orange County Only
    (Hand deliver your documents within 24 hours.  Per address, any number of documents or addressees.  Call for prices for surrounding counties)
